He worked very hard to get us on track with our insurance company as they were really giving us the run around and we desperately needed someone to be on “our side”. He worked diligently to get us what we deserved. His company also got the insurance company to pay in full the policy amount in a reasonable amount of time. I would suggest anyone who needs help in such a matter consult him.

I hired Roger Borg to inspect and evaluate damage to my condo as a result of water damage for the purpose of filing an insurance claim with Universal Insurance Company. I was not comfortable with the inspection made by the Company’s adjuster and Roger was referred to me by my reputable contractor. I hesitated hiring a public adjuster, but Roger called me several times after my first contact with him and arranged to meet with me on the premises in question, assuring me that he would be working for me and not the insurance company.

Roger’s professional demeanor impressed me; and he was very diligent and always courteous. He kept in touch with me every step of the way thru conclusion. On June 1, 2010 my medical practice office was flooded by a ruptured water heater in the office condo next door. Needless to say, this was a challenging and difficult time for me. I wanted to take a moment to thank you again for extending your professional adjusting services to my husband and I in our recent home flood disaster. As you know, I was working with my homeowner insurance adjuster on my own, and getting no where. I remembered how successful you were when you worked on a client of my law firm’s insurance claim, getting the client almost triple what the insurance offer was prior to retaining you. Although the damage to my home was significantly less than the client’s, I decided that I needed to retain your services in my own claim. As you know, you ended up getting us the full policy limits, as well as more than adequate contents coverage. Without retaining you, I was stuck in my negotiations with the adjuster, his offer to settle the claim just barely covering the cost of the initial emergency remediation. Our Billing and Administration office flooded due to a broken water heater from a neighboring office. The entire building of suites sustained water damage forcing some offices to close for business.

Roger Borg was referred to me by one of the other business owners in the building. He had already hired Roger to assist him with the insurance process. I hired Roger as well and was relieved to have someone with his knowledge on my side to assist with the insurance battle for a fair settlement.
